Harmony And Beauty
Our lives consist of chaos, a maelstrom of events that swirl about us, spinning us out of control.
The complaints always seem to ring louder than the compliments. There are times when it seems that the chorus only carries discouragement in its baritone chords. The cacophonous clatter becomes nearly deafening and we no longer hear the sounds that make the whole thing worthwhile.
The laughter of friends,
Subtle congratulations of superiors,
Your lover’s moan.
These are the sounds that make sense of the symphony, moments of joys moving in beautiful harmony. And they are exquisite as they are rare.
